Acceptable Use Policy

Do not upload, generate, or export content that is illegal, exploits minors, depicts non-consensual sexual content, incites violence, or promotes hatred against protected groups.

Adult/NSFW ban: You may not use the Service to create, assist in creating, or export sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult-only content. This includes nudity intended to arouse, explicit sexual acts, escort or adult-service promotion, and any NSFW material in scripts, storyboards, voiceovers, stock selections, AI-generated clips, or final MP4/draft exports. Requests that attempt to produce such content may be blocked automatically and accounts may be suspended.

Do not create deceptive impersonations of real individuals for fraud, political manipulation, or harassment without clear disclosure and lawful basis.

Do not use the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights. You are responsible for licenses for stock footage, music, fonts, and likenesses in your exports.

Do not attempt to bypass safety filters, scrape the Service, overload infrastructure, or reverse engineer non-public components.

We use automated moderation (including third-party screening required for AI video products) on user-controlled text before generation. Blocked prompts must not be retried to evade filters.

We may use automated and manual review to enforce this AUP and may remove content or suspend accounts without prior notice for severe violations, including any adult/NSFW generation or export.
